CHURCH MEMBERSHIP- The New Testament presents a picture of people who, once committed to Christ, identified themselves and committed themselves to a local church.  Pleasant View Bible Church recognizes the need for formal church membership in order to implement the New Testament principles of commitment, accountability, duty, and stewardship.

We will receive new members on Sunday morning, May 18.  If you desire to join our church, membership applications and copies of the PVBC constitution are available on the information tables in either foyer.  Feel free to contact any of the Pastors or one of the Elders for further information.

SENIOR RECOGNITION SUNDAY - We will be recognizing our graduating High School Seniors on Sunday, June 8, during the second service.  Please have the following information turned into the Church Office by May 22: the school they are graduating from, the date, and the details of your open house.

NEW ATTENDERS LUNCH will be held next Sunday, May 18, immediately following the 10:45 a.m. worship service in the Fellowship Room.  If you are new to Pleasant View, or perhaps you just still feel new, you are invited to join the 20 Something Flock and the Pastoral staff for lunch.  They will be providing all of the food.  This is an excellent time for you to get to know the flock members and the pastoral staff of PVBC better.

MIKE SOUTH will return  home on May 15.  If you would like to help him with the cost of his missions trip, please indicate that on your offering envelope.

THANKS to the teens who once again so joyfully helped with the after school countdown clubs.  You are super.
